Introductory Massage Workshop
This half day workshop is designed for those wishing to massage friends and family or for those considering a Diploma in Massage. Unwind and have fun whilst learning some relaxing massage techniques and the benefits and contraindications.

Thai Yoga Massage Day for Beginners
Come and learn how to stay strong and supple using the wonders of Thai stretch massage. Thai stretch massage is a combination of acupressure, stretching and applied yogic style postures which is carried out on a soft mattress on the floor. You will learn how to safely apply a truly invigorating and effective therapeutic stretching session for your partner or friend.
