Come and learn how to stay strong and supple using the wonders of Thai stretch massage. Thai stretch massage is a combination of acupressure, stretching and applied yogic style postures which is carried out on a soft mattress on the floor. You will learn how to safely apply a truly invigorating and effective therapeutic stretching session for your partner or friend.
This is an ideal opportunity if you are considering training for our Professional Thai Yoga Massage Diploma starting 8/9th October 2016.
