Join us for a weekend of learning Reflexology, morning yoga and delicious vegetarian food.
During the two days you’ll be guided, step by step on how to give a full reflexology session to another person. We shall introduce you to effects of stress on the body and how positive touch will trigger the relaxation response., bringing about feel good responses. Reflexology isn’t just good for the recipient, but for the person giving it too.
Our cosy retreat style venue is the ideal setting for you to come and unwind and refuel enthusiasm for learning. To enhance the experience and prepare ourselves properly, we shall begin the day with yoga and simple mindfulness exercises.
A selection of nutritious vegetarian food will be available as an option. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own lunch.
